日月光半导体将收购EEMS的新加坡及中国工厂 |

日 月光半导体制造股份有限公司(Advanced Semiconductor Engineering Inc., ASX)计划收购欧洲芯片测试公司EEMS Italia SpA (EEMS.MI)旗下位于新加坡和中国苏州的工厂，台湾《工商时报》周一援引未具名公司管理人士的消息报导。
该报纸还援引未具名新加坡消息人士的话称，这笔交易将有助于日月光半导体拿下来自博通公司(Broadcom Corp. , BRCM)、美光科技公司(Micron Technology Inc., MU)、南亚科技(Nanya Technology Co., 2408.TW)及其他芯片公司的订单。
